  The Guangping Government Office is one of the three famous Guinan provinces in history. It is located at the northern end of the north-south central axis of the ancient city of Guangfu, facing South Street, with high architectural regulations. The office was built on the original site of the official Wanchun built by Dou Jiande in the early Xia of the Tang Dynasty. According to the records of the Guangping Mansion in Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty, the date of the original establishment of the office is unknown. In the eighth year of Ming Hongwu (1375), the prefect Shizhao rebuilt. In the 15th year of Wanli and the 9th year of Chongzhen, the prefects Jiang Yizhong and Cheng Shichang both rebuilt it. Since the Qing Dynasty, fifteen prefects have repaired or added other buildings. The county magistrate Xu Zhizhou rebuilt it in the 17th year of the Republic of China. After the reconstruction, the government office occupies an area of ​​about 53,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​more than 5,600 square meters, 19 courtyards and more than 160 houses. The architectural pattern is axially symmetrical. There is a Yimen at the southernmost end. The two sides of the Yimen are arranged in order according to the traditions of left and right, Wen for up and Wu for down. The six departments of the office are arranged in order from north to south on the east side. It is the official department, household department and ritual department, and from north to south in the west are the military department, criminal department and engineering department, corresponding to the six branches of the imperial court. The main hall of Quang Binh Government Office is the core institution of the whole government. On the east side of the central axis of the government office, there are East Living Room, Horse Temple, Dahua Hall, East Lake of the Stage, Kitchen, etc., and on the west side there are buildings such as West Living Room, Staff Room, Lotus Pond, Officials, Ziyi Pavilion, Accounts, etc.
